We are reimagining what a modern financial publication and community looks like — editorial, product, and community under one roof — and we are early enough that the people who join now shape what it becomes.

Markets move fast and so do we. We work in the open, read the footnotes, and treat the audience like the smart, busy people they are.

Small team, real ownership, no politics. We hand people the keys early and expect them to use good judgment with them.
How we hire
We do not keep a long list of open requisitions. At our size, the best hires rarely fit a posting we wrote in advance — so we hire opportunistically, when we meet someone who clearly makes the team better. Writers, editors, engineers, designers, community builders: if you can point at the dent you would make, we want to hear it.
